It is important to remember
That your a special member
In Gods family
As we all are
He picked us
Especially because
He always loved us and knew we were special
Before we were even born
Keep this in mind
Every single time
You feel down or discouraged
Or have trouble loving yourself
We were all created to be great
And we have a chance at living a good life
I get discouraged myself
And sometimes need help
Keeping my mind on positive thoughts
And not beating myself up even though I’ve made lots
Of mistakes and bad choices
It’s not something I can just blame on the voices
I just need to remember
That nothing lasts forever
And we’re not perfect
But unique and personally selected by God
To walk among this Earth
Life can be lived how you choose it
And it’s up to you to take your chance and use it
Otherwise you won’t get to enjoy
All that life has to offer
